QuickBooks sync queue saturated due to a third-party API rate-limit change. New invoices delayed up to 12 minutes. Resolved by adjusting our backoff logic and adding a parallel queue lane. No data lost.
Motive ELD poller delay — resolved

Motive’s API returned elevated 5xx errors. Our pollers retried automatically. Some location data was up to 22 min stale during the window. Customers using Motive received a banner inside the app.
