Common pricing questions.
Are there setup fees?
No. Sign up, run a free trial, switch to paid when you’re ready. We’ll do onboarding on a screenshare with you at no charge.
What counts as a "truck"?
Active assets dispatching loads in the platform. A truck parked for the season doesn’t count until you re-activate it. Trailers don’t count separately.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes, prepay 12 months and get one month free (8.3% off). Email hi@carrierstms.com to set it up.
Can I add and remove trucks anytime?
Yes. Pricing prorates daily. Add a truck mid-month, you pay for the partial month. Remove one, your next bill drops.
What if I have over 150 trucks?
We move you to Enterprise pricing — usually a flat per-month bundle plus a small per-truck overage. Get in touch.
