Pricing & billing
How much does CarriersTMS cost?
$34.99 per truck per month for fleets of 4–150 trucks. Owner-operators (1–3 trucks) pay $29/truck. 150+ trucks is custom enterprise pricing.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
No. Sign-up is free. We’ll do onboarding on a screenshare with you at no charge.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — prepay 12 months and save one month (8.3%). Email hi@carrierstms.com.
What happens if I add or remove trucks?
Pricing prorates daily. Add a truck mid-month, you pay a partial month. Remove one, your next bill drops automatically.
How does billing work?
Monthly via Stripe. Invoice and receipt emailed automatically. We accept ACH for fleets over 50 trucks.
Onboarding & switching
How long does onboarding take?
Most fleets dispatch their first real load inside 90 minutes. Full cutover from another TMS is typically 7–14 days, with a side-by-side period.
Can you import data from my old TMS?
Yes. We import customers, contacts, lanes, drivers, trucks, trailers, and active loads from any major TMS via CSV. We’ll do the import on a call with you.
Will my dispatchers need training?
A 30-minute walkthrough is usually enough. The interface follows the way carriers actually run loads — not how a 1990s database thinks about them.
Do drivers need to install an app?
No. CarriersTMS uses SMS for driver communication and a web link for tracking. Less friction, fewer "my phone deleted the app" emergencies.
Integrations
Which ELDs do you support?
Motive, Samsara, and HOS247 are first-party. We add new providers monthly — if yours isn’t listed, tell us.
Does it sync with QuickBooks?
Yes — QuickBooks Online, fully bidirectional. Customers, invoices, payments, and deposits all sync automatically. QuickBooks Desktop is on the roadmap.
Which fuel cards integrate?
FleetOne, Motive Card, EFS, WEX. Daily transaction sync, IFTA gallons backfilled nightly.
Do you have an API?
Yes. Public REST API with OpenAPI spec. Free for all customers, with sandbox keys.

Does it handle flatbed loads?

Does it work with factoring?
Built-in. NOA stamping, direct portal upload to OTR, RTS, Triumph, Apex and more, per-customer factoring rules.
What about IFTA reporting?
Quarterly IFTA report builds itself from ELD miles + fuel card gallons. Export-ready PDF and CSV.
Security & data
Where is my data stored?
U.S.-based AWS regions, encrypted at rest and in transit. SOC 2 Type II in progress.
If I cancel, do I lose my data?
No. You can export every load, customer, invoice, and document with one click before you cancel. Your account stays accessible for 90 days post-cancel for read/export only.
Do you sell or share my data?
Never. Your operational data is yours, full stop. Read our Privacy Policy.
